I´m a PH.D. student at Universitat Autonòma de Barcelona. I´m developing a research in Chiapas, México about ICT Competency Standars for Primary Teachers. I´m very interested in those standars and I pretend to describe the teacher´s ICT competencies in the state of Chiapas in México, with the UNESCO's ICT Competency Standards for Teachers through a survey.

I was particularly interested in the Implementation Guidelines Version 1.0 and the information regarding 'professional development providers'. How does one become, or apply to become, a 'provider'.
