Congratulations!  I found the suite of materials for UNESCO's ICT Competency Standards for Teachers to be clear and practical.  I was particularly interested in the Implementation Guidelines Version 1.0 and the information regarding 'professional development providers'.  How does one become, or apply to become, a 'provider'.  Is there a formal process of application?
